Types of return and exchange
- Product of adequate quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt according to the law of customer protection. In this instance return shipping is paid by customer.
- Product of inadequate quality ( damaged or incomplete) can be returned or exchanged. In this case shipping expenses are paid by the manufacturer.
- Product of adequate quality made by custom order, ( custom measurements, altered model, ets ) can not be exchanged or returned.
- Order can be cancelled not later then two weeks after payment.
Order of return and exchange
- Return and exchange of merchandise of adequate quality is possible if merchandise retains its original condition ( unused with tags and no signs of wear). It can be exchanged for similar product or get a refund within 14 days of receipt.
- To initiate return or refund, one needs to fill out a proper form within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise. Request will be evaluated within two working days. After that we will confirm or deny request and send proper information for exchange or refund process.
- When shipping merchandise back, be advised that merchandise is still your property until it is received by us. Please pack and secure it properly to avoid damage in transit.
- If merchandise arrives damaged we retain the right to refuse exchange or refund.
- After receipt of returned merchandise by us and it’s condition confirmed we will contact you to confirm details of exchange or refund.
The terms of return and exchange
- Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the goods by the buyer.
